Where are Keene Student Rentals Locations in reference to KSC?

All our 100 locations are all within 3 minutes walking to KSC. We are your neighborhood choices for off campus housing. All are within the golden triangle of walking to KSC.

Are these buildings renovated?

Yes, all have been newly renovated within the past few years. New Kitchens, countertops, new appliances, new bathrooms with updated vanities and showers. Our houses have more of a designers touch to them.

What are the sizes of the bedrooms?

The majority of all of our bedrooms are at least 12×12 to comfortably fit queen size beds with plenty of closet space! Our bedrooms are known for SPACE!!

Is there laundry on site?

Yes, all of our buildings offer laundry on site.

Is there a full size kitchen?

Yes, there is a full size kitchen in each apt and house. We have added new cabinets, new counter tops, black or stainless appliances.. with plenty of space for everyone.

Is subletting allowed?

Yes subletting is allowed

What if something needs to be repaired in our building?

Our maintenance staff is on call every day for all of your needs.

What is included in the rent?

Please refer to your lease agreement.

How long are the leases?

Each lease runs from June 1 to the following May 15th. Each lease is a term lease.

How much is the Security Deposit?

One month’s rent due before move in.

What is the process if I have financial aid for my loans?

Please contact our office at 23 Ralston St. We will be working with each student and their loans to help this make an easy transition. We are a hands on company and are here to work with each student. Our office is always open Monday through Friday so simply come on over..we are here for you.

Who is responsible for snow and trash removal?

Our maintenance staff removes snow and trash is always on auto pick up.

Where do we park?

We offer parking for FREE at all our locations! We do not believe you should have to pay more to park your car. Each building has ample parking for your car and right next to your building. We want our tenants to be safe with outside lighting and parking right next to their apt.

Do you allow pets?

Pets are allowed by approved basis. Please contact the office to sign additional pet waivers. We only allow one pet per apartment. All tenants must agree to compensate for any students with allergies. Pet Deposits are necessary.

We will sit with you..and discuss your options for Off Campus Housing for Junior- Senior year! Once we narrow down your choices it is time to go apt. viewing so you can actually see each apt you are interested in. We always say that YOU..will know it when you see it!!!!
